Plaintiff, a Portland-area local of the International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union, appeals from summary judgment against its action for breach of a sublease agreement. Plaintiff asserts, principally, that the trial court erred in determining that section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a), barred its action. We affirm.
