GOLDEN, Chief Justice.

Following probation violations, the probation of Appellant Counts (Counts) was revoked and he was ordered to appear to serve his jail sentence. Counts failed to appear to begin serving his sentence. Characterizing that transgression as another probation violation, the district court revoked probation and increased Counts' jail sentence. Counts appeals the additional sentence claiming various violations...
