The respondent companies appeal an Order of the district court granting temporary injunctive relief to the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board under § 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act. The district court found reasonable cause to believe that the respondents violated their duty to bargain in good faith by refusing to provide the bargaining representative of its employees with requested financial documents....
