This is a sentence review. In May of 1994, Charles Smith pled guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. I.C. § 18-1508. Smith was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration of twenty-five years, with minimum periods of confinement of fifteen years.
