This action arises out of plaintiffs Marvin and Mary Klehr's purchase of a Harvestore silo in July, 1974. Plaintiffs claim that Defendants misrepresented material facts with respect to the characteristics of the Harvestore silo, causing the Klehrs damage. Before the Court is Defendant A.O.
