Before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated below, Defendants' Motion is granted.

Plaintiff Mark Reiff ("Reiff") was hired as a full-time client services manager in March 1992 by Defendant Interim Personnel, Inc. ("Interim"). Reiff Dep. at 15-16; Complaint ¶ V.
