A grand jury indictment filed in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County charged appellee, Susan Hope Pagano, with misconduct in office (Count I), and obstruction of justice (Count II). After considering appellee's motion to dismiss both counts of the indictment, the circuit court dismissed Count II.
