This is an appeal by Ida M. Mills (Mills) from an order of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, granting summary judgment to defendant J. Brian Tierney (Tierney). The court granted summary judgment to Tierney on Mills' claim that he negligently represented her interests concerning a real estate transaction involving a contract for deed.
