Pending before this Court is The Niles Home for Children's Motion to Quash Notice of Carmen P. Moody's Deposition, filed August 25, 1995. The Niles Home for Children ("Niles Home"), defendant in this action, moves to quash Ms. Moody's deposition because Ms. Moody is acting as one of Niles Home's counsel. For the reasons set out below, we deny the motion to quash, but limit the scope of the deposition to reduce the disruption...
