Plaintiff NSK Ltd., a Japanese corporation, is a manufacturer, producer and exporter of antifriction bearings ("AFBs"). Plaintiff NSK Corporation, a U.S. corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of NSK Ltd., is an importer and manufacturer of AFBs. NSK Ltd.
