JACKSON, Judge:

Jay Timmons & Associates, Jay Timmons, and Marshall McDaniel (defendants) challenge the trial court's award of injunctive relief to Gary Goldberg and Diana Meehan (plaintiffs). We reverse and remand.

BACKGROUND
