In this delinquency action concerning the child, C.A.G., the Las Animas County Department of Social Services (Department) appeals the trial court's order which granted it legal custody and required it to provide the child with an appropriate education while concurrently placing physical custody with the child's parent and grandparent. We reverse and remand.
