LANDAU, Judge.
Defendant appeals his sodomy conviction, assigning error to the introduction of testimony about defendant's involvement in a marijuana purchase and to the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss on the ground that the prosecutor commented on defendant's decision to remain silent during questioning by a detective.
