Plaintiff Stephen T. Glezos appeals the trial court's enforcement of the liquidated damages provision in a contract he entered into with Frontier Investments, Mark Chilton, Kathryn W. Chilton and Ward W. Chilton, individual general partners of Frontier Investments (collectively, "Frontier"),1 for the purchase of real property in Wendover, Nevada.
