This is an action to recover damages for the negligence and breach of fiduciary duty of defendant Elizabeth W. Grover, the plaintiff's paternal aunt and custodian of the plaintiff's property under G.L.c. 201A, the Massachusetts Uniform Transfers to Minors Act ("UTMA").
