This case was remanded by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for this Court to consider the "part-of-a-part" argument which was raised for the first time on appeal by the defendant. Technicolor Videocassette, Inc. v. United States ("Technicolor II"), No. 94-1300, 1995 WL 23775 (Fed.Cir. January 23, 1995).
