("plaintiffs"), appeal from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Ellen Bree Burns, Judge, dismissing their complaint seeking interpleader pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 22 against two defendants, each of whom has commenced an action against plaintiffs. The district court dismissed the complaint on the ground that Rule 22 interpleader is inappropriate...
