LANDAU, Judge.

Plaintiff filed this action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), 45 USC section 51, claiming that he was injured as a result of defendant's negligence. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff. Defendant appeals, assigning error to the trial court's rulings regarding the admission of evidence and instructions to the jury. We affirm.
