Aguiar, J.

This appeal raises the issue of whether an alleged erroneous decision by the trial judge in granting a default judgment that exceeded the amount stated in the Statement of Damages is void. We find no error.

The defendants' position that the judgment was void in whole or in part is without merit. They are, in realty, saying that the judgment is erroneous in amount. The Court had jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of the law suit...
