Presently before the Court are motions by Defendant Kenneth Ashley ("Ashley") and Defendant Frank LaGrua ("LaGrua") (collectively, "Defendants") to dismiss or sever various counts of a Superseding Indictment that was filed in April 1995 ("the Indictment").
