OPINION

JOPLIN, Judge:

Appellant Howard L. Puckett seeks review of the trial court's order granting judgment to Appellee Wayman Cornelson, a shareholder and some-time officer of Defendant Custer Channel Wing Corporation, in Puckett's action to recover a debt owed by the corporation.1
