This is an action in negligence to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in an accident involving three motor vehicles. Two of the three defendants filed Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 56 motions for summary judgment which were allowed by the trial court. The plaintiff has appealed these rulings.
