Plaintiff Rodney Sullivan, by his insurer, seeks to recover for property damage to the fishing vessel SEA FEVER resulting from the sinking of that vessel on April 4, 1992. Plaintiff claims against Defendant Vernay Products, Inc. and Defendant Young Brothers and Company Inc. under the theory of strict liability (Count I), negligence (Count II), and breach of implied and express warranties (Count III).
