We deny both appellant's and appellee's motions for rehearing, but substitute the following to correct a misstatement made on page 19 of our October 11, 1995 slip opinion.

Once again, this court is confronted with the assessment of off-site transportation costs in the condominium context. The appellants (the Unit Owners) were the defendants in the trial court in five condominium lien foreclosure...
