Dr. Dhaduvai appeals an order dismissing with prejudice his amended complaint against Dr. Belsito. Under the requirements explained in Feldman v. Glucroft, 522 So.2d 798 (Fla. 1988), we conclude that Dr. Dhaduvai was required to allege extrinsic fraud or bad faith. Because his amended complaint does not do so, we affirm this dismissal.
