Karen E. DeBusk, appellant, filed a claim with the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission (the "Commission") under the Maryland Workers' Compensation Act (the "Act"). Appellee, Johns Hopkins Hospital contested the claim, alleging that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations. The Commission held a hearing and found that the statute of limitations barred the filing of the claim. The Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Gordy, J.) affirmed...
