The court has before it plaintiff/claimant's Motion for an Order Confirming Arbitration Award, For Entry of Judgment and For Award of Costs, Including Attorneys' Fees ("Motion to Confirm") and defendants/respondents' Motion to Vacate, Modify or Correct Arbitration Award ("Motion to Vacate"). For the reasons discussed hereafter, the court grants the motion to confirm and denies the motion to vacate.
