This case comes before the Court on the Defendant's motion for a clarification of the Court's award of attorneys' fees in light of the instructions of the Court of Appeals on remand. The Defendant contends that the Plaintiff's complaint in its entirety was a sanctionable filing and points out that we have already taken evidence on the amount of fees it reasonably incurred in responding to it....
