Paul Haworth and David Dawson sued Lester A. L'Hoste, Jr. and Donald W. Eppley on 7 March 1985 alleging that L'Hoste and Eppley, as owners of property adjacent to property owned by Haworth and Dawson, constructed a levee that encroaches on petitioners' property and alters drainage patterns causing water to stand on petitioners' property, and, during construction and moving of the levee, damaged petitioners' timber...
