The issues presented on certiorari are: (1) Is the trial court's decision which refuses to impress a resulting trust on the defendants' title to the property in contest clearly contrary to the weight of the evidence? and (2) Does Oklahoma's extant jurisprudence recognize a rebuttable presumption of a gift when a child pays the purchase price for real property conveyed to its parent? We answer the first question...
