Plaintiff, Pronto Two Ltd., filed this case against defendants, Tishman Speyer Monroe Venture, an Illinois Limited Partnership, et. al., (defendants) seeking damages based on actions for breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation. All of the causes of action relate to the leasing and construction of a restaurant. The case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Plaintiff filed a petition to vacate the dismissal...
