SINGLETON, District Judge.

Erik Grimes ("Grimes"), a former employee of Kinney Shoe Corporation ("the Company"), sues the Company alleging that he was not paid overtime compensation due him under Alaska's Wage and Hour Act, AS 23.10.050, for hours he was allowed to work "off the clock." Specifically, Grimes contends that during the two-year period he managed the Company's Sears Mall Footlocker store he worked as much as ten to fifteen hours off...
