On September 23, 1994, Frank S. Dorman ("Plaintiff"), currently an inmate at the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, Georgia, filed this Complaint [1-1], alleging that Defendants violated his due process rights by conducting Plaintiff's federal parole revocation hearing in Georgia as opposed to New York.
