Russell G. Johnson and his brother John J. Johnson were indicted for kidnapping, sexual assault in the first degree, sexual assault in the second degree, and assault in the third degree. AS 11.41.300(a)(1)(C); AS 11.41.410(a)(1); AS 11.41.420(a)(1); AS 11.41.220(a)(1).
