This case is before the Court on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss or Stay. Defendants present two arguments: (1) that the Court should abstain because the case involves unsettled issues of state law important to California public policy; and (2) that the Court should dismiss under the Colorado River doctrine of abstention in deference to ongoing litigation between the parties in California state court...
