This is an appeal from a final judgment against two defendants in an asbestos personal injury action. Defendants/appellants are W.R. Grace & Co. Conn. (Grace) and Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation (OCF). Plaintiff filed suit against 39 separate defendants.
