A. INTRODUCTION

The instant motion seeks to have this court determine that counsel who has solicited the representation of over 100 former employees of a closed hospital debtor be permitted to file a class proof of claim for all other former employees, estimated by the Movants at about 700 additional persons, and effectively extend the bar date for employee creditors who have not yet filed claims...
