This case came on for jury trial on May 15, 1995.1 Defendant, Steven Silverman, submitted a Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(a) following the Plaintiff's case in chief on the issue of liability and on the issue of qualified immunity.
