Pentax Corporation ("Pentax") is a corporation headquartered in Colorado which distributes cameras and camera accessories in the United States. Sam Boyd, Jr. is president of Price Mart Corporation, a Nevada corporation, which incorporated in July 1990. Price Mart ordered, on credit, a disputed quantity of merchandise from Pentax.
