RABINOWITZ, Justice.

This appeal arises from a divorce action between Rolando and Julieta Rodriguez. On appeal, Rolando challenges a number of the superior court's pre-trial rulings. He also argues that when distinguishing marital from separate property, the superior court should have considered the effect of a period of separation that did not lead to divorce. Finally, he contends that the superior court should have valued the marital home...
