DARVILLE v. STATE

No. 94-3496.

658 So.2d 1255 (1995)

Karen E. DARVILLE, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

August 30, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Ellen Morris, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Edward L. Giles, Asst. State Atty., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Karen Darville, appeals her conviction for conspiracy to sell cocaine and argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove a conspiracy. We disagree and affirm the conviction, but reverse that portion of the judgment in which the trial court prospectively awarded appellate attorney's fees. See Anderson v. State, 632 So.2d 132 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).
