The sole question raised by this case is whether the district court committed an abuse of discretion in refusing to grant a motion by Kalico Kaldwell (Kaldwell) to withdraw his plea of nolo contendere. The motion was made prior to the imposition of sentence pursuant to WYO.R.CRIM.P. 32(d). Our examination of the record discloses no abuse of discretion by the trial court.
