DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE Shawn A. Snyder appeals his conviction by jury of criminal recklessness, a class D felony,1 and his sentence thereon. We affirm.

I. Whether there is sufficient evidence to support Snyder's conviction. II. Whether the trial court erred in sentencing Snyder.
