STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Leonard D. Gilliam appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Contractors United, Inc., ("CUI"). Gilliam brought a negligence action against CUI for injuries he sustained when his motorcycle collided with a car parked on the shoulder of the highway in an area under construction.
