Plaintiffs have filed a motion for Partial Summary Judgment against Defendant Hodge on their claim for an accounting. Plaintiffs allege that Hodge failed to account for the property and profit obtained by him as their agent. Plaintiffs object to Hodge's accounting because the supporting documentation consists of merely Hodge's own, unsubstantiated records of all debts and profits resulting from his transactions...
