P. Richard Shellenberger appeals the denial of his petition to modify the college education provisions of the decree dissolving his marriage to Candida Veranth. The decree incorporated a settlement agreement wherein Shellenberger agreed to pay one-half of the college education expenses for the parties' two children, Amber and Joshua.
