This appeal arises from the involuntary dismissal of plaintiff's negligence claim.

FACTS

On October 15, 1991, employees of defendant, Three Seasons Pest Control Company (Three Seasons), applied a mixture of water and Dragnet, a termite control chemical, to the home of Mr. and Ms. Alan Armstrong.
