CANTRELL, Judge.

In this action to collect a commission for the sale of a business, the Chancery Court of Davidson County granted summary judgment to the defendants on certain claims and granted summary judgment sua sponte to the plaintiff on others. We reverse the judgments the chancellor granted sua sponte....
