On remand from the Illinois Supreme Court, this case involves claims for negligence and loss of consortium for the aggravation of Steven Solich's silicosis caused by George and Anna Portes Cancer Prevention Center's ("Portes") alleged failure to report clinically significant results of a chest X-ray in 1975. We also must address a cross-claim by Portes against United States Steel ("U.S. Steel") for equitable apportionment...
