INTRODUCTION

The challenge to the lower court's judgment presented by appellant Ankney stems from rulings by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County that struck the testimony of two witnesses offered by Ankney as experts in workers' compensation law and consequently determining that there was no evidence of malpractice committed by appellee Franch, Ankney's lawyer. He had counselled her that she would not succeed in appealing an adverse decision...
